Philadelphia: Christmas Crossing re-enactment in Washington Crossing Historic park

Washington Crossing Historic park, is a park area in Pennsylvania. It marks the the location where George Washington crossed the Delaware river on December 25-27, 1776, during the revolutionary war. Every year on Christmas day, a re-enactment of this historic event takes place at the park. This panorama shows a scene of the re-enactment in Christmas 2016.

Superior Falls is a waterfall situated on the Montreal River, which forms the border between Iron County, Wisconsin and Gogebic County, Michigan, United States. The falls drop 90 feet (27 m) before the Montreal River empties into Lake Superior at Oronto Bay. (Source: Wikipedia)

Panorama taken from the pier of Saxon harbor in Wisconscin, USA. The harbor gives out on Oronto bay on lake Superior. It is part of a county park.

Panorama taken on one  of  the main streets of the city of Hurley, Wisconscin. Hurley is located directly across the Montreal river from Ironwood, Michigan and has a population of approx 1,500.

Copper Peak, in Ironwood, Michigan, is the only ski flying facility in the Western Hemisphere and the largest artificial ski jump in the world. It was built in 1970 and most recently used in 1994. The inrun is 35 degree and 469 feet. There is an observation platform at the top of the tower, which is 1782 feet above sea level and 1180 feet above Lake Superior, providing the highest unobstructed 360 degree vista in the Midwest.  More information on Wikipedia.
